M8 Tromsø – Bodø (Lofoten trip 2)
July 31 – August 11, 2022
This hiking and sailing holiday starts in lively Tromsø, where you will board on July 31 at noon. The Lofoten Islands – according to the Norwegians – are the most beautiful part of Norway and are impressive for their mighty mountains, fjords and special northern light!
We will alternate sailing days and walking days. A visit to the Trollfjord with its narrow high entrance, the cozy artists’ village Henningvaer, the Nusfjord (Museum village) and all kinds of idyllic anchorages round out your Norwegian experience. Depending on the weather, we will cross over to the Ofoten at some point and anchor there in a dream-like place.
The sailing program for the Lofoten is flexible. We will decide which fjord is most easily accessible and favorable for the wind.
The ship arrives in Bodø on August 10th in the evening, or the morning of August 11th) This is the end of a journey you will not soon forget!
